Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky rushed to congratulate the American politician on winning the election even before the official announcement of the results.

The newspaper said Kiev launched a “diplomatic offensive” to convince the US leader that military support for Ukraine cannot be stopped, because America's global leadership role is threatened.
