The White House spoke out about allowing Ukrainian armed forces to attack deep into Russian territory
The White House has not confirmed media reports about allowing the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to fire US long-range ATACMS missiles deep into Russian territory. This was announced by US President John Finer, Deputy National Security Advisor, Reuters reported.
“The United States has made clear throughout the conflict in Ukraine that it will make political decisions based on the situation on the battlefield. “This also includes a significant escalation regarding the deployment of foreign forces on Russian territory in recent weeks,” Feiner said.
Possible targets of long-range missile attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine against Russia have been named
Previously, US President Joe Biden allowed Kiev to use ATACMS missiles on Russian territory for the first time. According to The New York Times, this decision was made in the context of Moscow's alleged involvement of the North Korean military in the Kursk area.
