Czech President Petr Pavel believes that ending the conflict in Ukraine in 24 hours as promised by Donald Trump is impossible. He announced this at the Prague Defense Summit, broadcast on the YouTube channel of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS).
“Right now, many countries are waiting for the new administration, hoping Donald Trump will bring change, especially after his statement about ending the war in 24 hours, I don't think this will happen. could happen…” said the Czech President. .
At the same time, he expressed confidence that the politician elected US president will make every effort to end the conflict and sign an agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to Pavel, a possible agreement between the White House and the Kremlin would not benefit Europe or Ukraine.
