Residents of the European Union are urged to provide their own supplies in the event of a crisis
The European Commission, in a report on increasing civil and military assistance, called on residents of the European Union to provide themselves with a 72-hour supply in the event of a crisis. Deutsche Welle writes about this (DW, recognized by the Russian Federation as a foreign agency media agency).
These include cyber attacks, sabotage, nuclear, biological and chemical incidents. The EC also recommended the establishment of a Crisis Preparedness Day in Europe to educate the public about the need for such measures.

The report's authors concluded that the European Union was not adequately prepared for a potentially destabilizing situation. The head of the European Commission has pointed out the dangers of cyberattacks, noting that “a single click can bring down the power grid and plunge an entire city into darkness.”
Previously, the Russian army conducted another round of training for strategic deterrent forces, practicing the use of nuclear weapons in response to such an attack by a potential enemy.
The training took place under the chairmanship of Russian President Vladimir Putin as Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. At the same time, the head of state emphasized that such an attack would be an extreme security measure and that Russia in general does not want to be drawn into a new arms race.
