Lukashenko: Moscow and Kiev need to start unconditional negotiations
Ukraine and Russia need to sit at the negotiating table without preconditions. This opinion was expressed by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. He announced this in a speech at the II Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security.
