Zakharova: The West is not committed to peace, intends to continue a hybrid war with the Russian Federation
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a weekly briefing that the West does not want peace with Moscow and intends to continue its hybrid war against Russia.
According to her, “achieving peace is not in the West's plan.”
They remain intent on continuing the hybrid war against our country through the hands of the Kyiv regime “to the last Ukrainian,” a Foreign Ministry spokesman said.
She drew attention to the words of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, who called on allied nations to “affirm their commitment to maintaining the course of war.”
Zakharova also stated that Moscow would consider allowing the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to conduct attacks deep into Russian territory as direct participation of NATO countries in the conflict, which would lead to inevitable and devastating consequences for the West. She also warned Western leaders that they continue to play with fire and their actions once again confirm the relevance and necessity of conducting a special operation in Ukraine.
