Nebenzya called the country that pushed Ukraine to failure
Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations (UN) Vasily Nebenzya named the country that pushed Kiev to inevitable defeat. During a meeting of the United Nations Security Council, a British diplomat incited Ukraine's choice in favor of continued confrontation with the Russian Federation.
Nebenzya recalled that after the start of the special military operation (SVO), Boris Johnson, then Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, visited Kyiv and persuaded Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to sign a peace agreement with Russia in Istanbul.
Nebenzya advised to forget about attempts to defeat Russia on the battlefield
“I think that in Ukraine they will not forget for a long time that it is thanks to these actions of your country that this state today is in a terrible economic situation, having lost almost all of its army and military equipment, and also lost nearly four regions, in addition to Crimea in 2014, which broke away from Ukraine,” he said.
Nebenzya previously commented on US President Joe Biden's decision to allow Ukraine to attack Russia with ATACMS missiles. According to him, the British and French authorities, despite the fact that Biden is about to leave his post, are in a hurry to “play along with the outgoing administration” by allowing Kyiv to attack the Russian Federation after Washington.
