The Elder Scrolls: Legends servers will close in January 2025
Bethesda Studios has announced the closure of the card game The Elder Scrolls: Legends. The game has been removed from Steam and the servers will be shut down on January 30, 2025.
Legends launched in 2017 and is expected to be a direct competitor to Blizzard's Hearthstone. But despite many updates, this goal is still not achieved. And already in 2019, the developers stopped supporting the game.
Now, after a decline in player numbers, Bethesda has decided to completely shut down the game. Until January 30, all in-game goods will cost 1 gold. But it is worth noting that all purchases after shutting down the server will be lost.
Currently, the cult game studio is busy developing The Elder Scrolls 6. Fans of the series have been counting down since the sixth installment was announced in very interesting ways. So YouTube blogger Sidek kills off one of Skyrim's non-player characters every day.
