The best heroes in Deadlock
There are currently 22 heroes available in Deadlock, and each of them has its own nuances: from a unique arsenal to differences in weapons, characteristics and upgrade paths. The meta in games like this takes a long time to form, but it's formed enough now that we can talk about ranking characters by strength. PC Gamer portal talked about some of the best heroes in Deadlock.
S level
Abrams
Abrams is a monster capable of dominating every moment of the match in the hands of skilled players thanks to its high survivability and countless control effects. Because He is extremely difficult to kill and excels in team fights where he deals massive melee damage with his fists and shotguns. Additionally, he's not bad in lane – thanks to his passive healing and health steal ability.
Generator
Expert in large wall-to-wall battles. Dynamo is an extremely versatile hero, capable of both healing teammates and controlling opponents. If his skills are played correctly, the enemy team will be helpless: his teammates just need to destroy them.
Diapers
Shroud is the best of the few super hosts that appear late in the game in Deadlock. She can enter battle, exit stealth, and literally “eliminate” the entire opposing team with one ultimate. Veil is also great at catching up to fleeing opponents, dealing with those without control effects, and clearing up unfinished targets behind allies. If you give her a chance to swing her sword, she will be practically unstoppable.
Grade A
Bag
The most elusive of all the heroes in Deadlock. Pocket shines in the hands of a savvy player: an ultimate that inflicts a DoT on opponents can cripple the entire team in the right situation. Teleportation is a great tool to start the fight, but veteran players use items for this purpose and save the skill for late game to quickly escape.
Bebop
Bebop is loved and hated in equal measure for his ability to pull opponents towards him with his hook. Furthermore, this hero can be developed in many different ways: sticky bombs, Bebop's ultimate and guns are valid ways to level up. Given that no one else can pick out a vital target and destroy it in a second, Bebop forces opponents to build tactics around themselves.
quince
Five minutes for the ideal support hero. Ivy's ultimate, which allows her to fly into the sky while carrying an ally, is capable of creating unique combinations of abilities. For example, there's nothing stopping her from picking up Haze in her ultimate or Bebop. In other words, Ivy should not be underestimated.
hell
An expert in dealing ridiculous amounts of damage. Infernus is dangerous both in lane, where he can burn opponents, and in team fights, where his ultimate stuns targets in a huge radius. Lifesteal and the ability to initiate battle with a stun make Infernus a formidable opponent at any stage of the game. Only Pelen is better at carrying the team than him.
Sharpen
In Deadlock, heroes often deal damage in sudden bursts, but Sharpen is as tenacious as a cockroach. His passive ability turns a third of incoming damage into damage over time, and his ultimate instantly kills opponents with less than 30% health. The sharpener can easily get ahead in the economy and his skills will help maintain the advantage.
