Mentions of Red Dead Redemption for PS5 have appeared online
The network noticed a mention of a PS5 version of Red Dead Redemption – it appeared on Rockstar Games production coordinator Emma Anderson's LinkedIn page.
Anderson worked on Grand Theft Auto Online update support and the RDR port for Nintendo Switch. The last paragraph specifically mentions the PS5 version of the game.
Yes, mentioning the new version could be a simple mistake, but we are actually talking about the Western version for PS4.
The latter is especially plausible, given the section about ports – the game was initially available on PS3 and Xbox 360, then appeared on PS4 and Switch.
Previously, Rockstar announced the release of RDR on PC, which will take place on October 29. Along with the main game, users will also have access to the Undead Nightmare add-on; fans can also expect various technical improvements over the original.
The developers published the requirements of the RDR system, and in the EGS database they found information about the price of the new product being 50 USD.
The last point angered many fans because they thought the price was too high. Many people admit that they are not ready to pay even $30 for such a port.
