In the new gameplay, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle presents battles with enemies and archeology
New 10 minutes of the game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle have appeared online, where the main character deals with enemies and explores ancient landscapes.
In the video you can appreciate the hand-to-hand combat system – in battles Indiana uses not only his famous whip, but also powerful fists. With your hands you can not only deal various blows to the enemy, but also block the enemy's attacks.
While exploring locations, you will need to look for suitable paths, solve puzzles and the like. Additionally, Jones can take photos of details and events around him.
During the study of ancient temples, the same whip will help, as well as a lighter with other improvised means. Also, in the video you can see a tour of the museum and the Vatican.
Some netizens noticed that the video also had technical issues during the adventure – such as dropped frame rates. Interestingly, the authors aim to support 60 FPS on Xbox Series.
Previously, previews of the game appeared online, which proved to be very positive. Apparently, the authors created an action game in the spirit of the original films about Jones.
The role of the archaeologist was played by Troy Baker in The Last of Us, although it turns out they were originally going to cast another actor for the role.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be released on December 9 on PC and Xbox Series, and the adventure will appear on PS5 in spring 2025.
