If you're one of those people who spends the first two hours of any RPG creating a character in the editor, then you don't have to worry about The Veilguard. The game allows you to change the main character's appearance at any time, so any flaws can always be changed. PC Gamer Portal showed us how to do this.

How to change your character's appearance in Dragon Age: The Veilguard

To unlock the ability to change your appearance, you need to go through the story's prologue. It doesn't take much time. The main character will then wake up at the Lighthouse – the group's headquarters for about the next 100 hours.

After talking to Varric and Harding or Neve, turn around and you'll see a mirror at the back of the room. Activate it: it is this mirror that allows you to change your appearance. In fact, it imposes almost no restrictions. The only thing that cannot be changed is the class, origin and background of the character. In other words, details that are important to the plot.

The mirror allows you to change your character's name and voice if you suddenly want to change after cutscenes. Changing your appearance costs nothing and can be done at any time while you are at the Lighthouse. Just go back to Varrick's room, activate the mirror, and adjust your health settings.
