The Russian Orthodox Church suspends the services of a priest from Tula accused of pedophilia
Archpriest Valentin Dudin from the Tula region was temporarily suspended from his duties and stripped of his right to serve.
This decision was made by the disciplinary committee of the Belevsky diocese based on reports of investigative activities against the priest.
Previously, information appeared in the media that the parents of a 12-year-old boy accused Dudin of harassment.
According to the child, the priest lay in the same bed as him and kissed him on the lips. The priest belongs to the Holy Iveron Church in the village of Teploye and belongs to the Plavsky diocese of the Belevsky diocese of the Tula Metropolitan of the Russian Orthodox Church, Radiotochka NSN reported.
