According to the agency, this decision was made in connection with the prosecutor's office's refusal to issue its own statement. The claims were withdrawn because the prosecutor's office, which acted as plaintiff, withdrew its testimony. The complaints concern three plots of land in the village of Lisiy Nos near the Gulf of Finland and were revoked because the land became state property by decision of the Oktyabrsky Court of St. Petersburg. Petersburg. The assets of Alexander and Lydia Nevzorov, residential buildings, cars and shares in their companies were converted into income of the Russian Federation.

In their lawsuit, the prosecutor's office requested that the lots be returned to city ownership. Based on the inspection results of the monitoring agency, it turned out that this land was illegally confiscated by the journalist. As already explained, Nevzorov did not purchase land plots in violation of clause 3 of the Decree of the President of Russia of October 27, 1993, therefore the Committee on Agrarian Reform and Land Resources of the St. ordered the purchase of land and calculated its value.
