Six Muscovites were evicted from their apartments after the lawsuit of conductor Bashmet

Moscow's Tverskoy Court, following the lawsuit of conductor Yury Bashmet, decided to evict the former owner and five tenants from his apartment. A reporter from the courtroom reported the news on Tuesday, October 29.

A journalist reported from the courtroom: “The plaintiff's request was satisfied with the court's decision to remove the defendant from the register.”

Since the conductor bought the property in 2008, it still has the previous owner and five other registered residents. As learned during the review of the case, no action was taken by either the plaintiff or the defendant to resolve the dispute for many years.

Previously, a man named Sokolov lost the right to use the apartment due to a lawsuit filed by journalist Ksenia Sobchak. “Moscow Evening” learned from an expert what could lead to such a court decision and talked about Sobchak's estate.
