Russian women are offered to have four children as collateral
Yekaterinburg City Duma Deputy Denis Khavantsev said that Russian women give birth to four children as collateral. The Ural MP made this statement during the broadcast of the program “Accent” on OTV.
According to Khavantsev, in order to have a child, it is necessary to pay off the family's mortgage at state expense.
“If a child is born in a family, the state must compensate 25% of the mortgage debt from the budget. If a second child is born – 50%, a third child – 75%”, the deputy minister proposed the initiative.
When the host asked whether the apartment should be free for a family that already has a fourth child, Khavantsev answered in the affirmative and said that the state should focus on supporting large families.
Previously, the head of the Primorsky Territory, Oleg Kozhemyako, proposed providing housing to the children of participants in a special military operation because of their “patriotism”. He also noted that there is a “certain imbalance” in the region and a lot of attention is paid to “unsocial families.”
