Putin apologized to the people of Kazan
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his speech at the BRICS summit, apologized to the people of Kazan for the inconvenience caused by the movement of the government convoy. This was reported by Lenta.ru correspondent.
“I want to apologize to the people of Kazan because they have had to face some inconveniences, the movement of convoys and the closure of some highways,” the head of state said.
The President also thanked Tatarstan for its hospitality.
