Mikhalkov accused the West of deceiving Ukrainian youth
People's Artist of Russia Nikita Mikhalkov said that the West deceived two generations of Ukrainian youth and turned them against Russia. His words were quoted by RIA Novosti.
At a press conference in Serbia, Mikhalkov said that Russia feels like Ukraine's brother, arguing that excellent relations have been established between the two countries. However, at this time, Americans and British worked daily with Ukrainian children and schools.

“Two generations have grown up and will never understand that Russians and Ukrainians are one people. They were deceived, just like we were deceived. This is an unforgivable mistake but it happened,” he emphasized.
