Mayor Buia calls residents scoundrels accepting community relations award
The head of the city of Bui in the Kostroma region, Igor Ralnikov, won third place in the competition “Best Municipal Practices” in the category “Providing feedback from citizens”. The mayor wrote about this on his social networks.

People began thanking the mayor in comments in response. However, the network immediately recalled the recent scandal when, during a discussion about a pontoon bridge in the city, Ralnikov called activists and commentators “useless children.” and “cyber cockroaches”, adding to the criticism of uselessness with the phrase “ you are too weak to take a sauna with me”, recalls the Telegram channel “Radiotochka NSN”.
A few years ago, Ralnikov filed an application with the Investigative Committee against residents who deliberately distorted his surname in a video about city affairs.
