This is evidenced by the results of monitoring vacancies conducted by analysts from the research center of the Zarplata.ru service. Lenta.ru got acquainted with the results.

Experts emphasize that we are only talking about job vacancies for artists during Tet posted on the above service. Research shows that salaries in this segment depend on a number of factors, including the number of shifts and the ability to work on New Year's Eve.

How much does Santa Claus earn: overview of regions in Russia

Some of the highest salaries for such artists are offered in Moscow. For example, to play the roles of Armenian, Georgian, Azerbaijani and Tatar Santa Claus, an animator can be offered a salary of up to 200 thousand rubles. At the same time, employees will be required to attend holiday events and home visits from mid-December to early January.

In the regions, salaries offered are traditionally lower. So, in Ufa they are ready to pay actors up to 60 thousand rubles to play the roles of Father Frost and Snow Maiden. In turn, in Kazan the salary of a dancing Santa Claus will reach 20 thousand rubles. At the same time, an actor willing to work in Moscow and the Moscow region together with Snow Maiden will be offered a salary of up to 100 thousand rubles. In this case, the candidate must be ready to work on New Year's Eve.

During the recent New Year holidays, bosses in Russia were willing to pay less for such artists. The average salary for animators in the Russian Federation then amounted to 35-150 thousand rubles. At the same time, in some vacancies in Moscow, artists have to work in shifts for almost a month – from December 15 to January 9. At the same time, in Ufa, the same candidates in 2023 were offered a salary of up to 70 thousand rubles for work from December 22 to December 31.
