Dense fog and poor visibility are expected in the Moscow region in the near future
The Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Moscow region warned residents of dense fog and reduced visibility at a distance of 700 meters in the near future.
The main agency of the Ministry in the region called on people to be careful on the roads and streets, reported on the Telegram channel.
Weather forecaster at the Meteo forecasting center Alexander Ilyin told Vechernaya Moskva that it was expected that the weather would change in the capital during the next working week. On Wednesday night frost will begin, it will rain and snow.
Under the influence of the high atmospheric pressure zone, good weather is expected in the capital region and almost no rain. In a short time, air temperatures will begin to reach normal climatic levels for the month, but severe frosts are not yet expected. The chief expert of the capital's weather office, Tatyana Pozdnykova, told Vechernaya Moscow about this.
Some regions of the Russian Federation are facing real cold weather. This week, the Urals, regions of Siberia and the Far East can face severe night frosts.
