A Muscovite stumbled near a store and collected 300 thousand rubles from him

In Moscow, a woman who tripped in a supermarket sued him for 300 thousand rubles in compensation. This was reported by the Telegram channel “SHOT CHECK”.

According to the Telegram channel, the incident occurred on the territory of one of the Eurospar stores. A shopper going out tripped on the wheels of a cart, fell and couldn't get up on his own. A metal beam is installed on the path of people.

After the incident, the victim was diagnosed with a closed humerus fracture. She was scheduled for surgery to implant a plate but it was not performed due to previous surgical intervention.

As a result, the court recovered 500 thousand rubles from the store. Of this, 300 thousand rubles is moral compensation to the victim.
